Starting September 15, 2022, aficionados of Michelin-starred chef Akira Back will also be able to enjoy his modern Japanese cuisine with international influences at lunchtime. For a business lunch in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, or a culinary discovery for travelers passing through... all are welcome at 33 avenue George V, from Monday to Friday.
In order to fit in with the frenzy of the Parisian day, the teams at the Prince de Galles Hotel have designed a menu composed of three starters and one main course (meat or fish), served in just 45 minutes if desired. To delight future regular guests, this menu will change every week.
For a longer gourmet stroll in the world of the Korean Chef, most of his signature dishes are offered à la carte.
